Spinach, broccoli and cauliflower mash RECIPE:
-spinach frozen bag 900gr //
-broccoli & cauliflower mix frozen bag 1500gr. //
-1 onion //
-1 garlic head //
-light cooking cream 250 ml //
*nutmeg, salt, black pepper & garlic powder //
*1 tbsp olive oil.
1⃣ boil or steam veggies
2⃣ add olive oil to a pan and fry the onion previously cut in pieces 3⃣ add veggies 4⃣ stir and add species to your taste
5⃣add 1/3 cup water or almond milk to get the consistency you desire, stir
6⃣add garlic finely chopped and let it cook around 5 min, stir
7⃣take the pan off the burner and add cream, stir. Done!!
I made 12 portions out of this. Nutritional value in the pic.
You can always add pine nuts, almonds or any nut of your preference to make it richer.
Substitute cream for cottage cheese or silken tofu depending on the fat content you want to give to it.
Change species to your taste.
